Privacy Policy

Your email privacy is important to us.

1. Compliance With Laws. Next Level Purchasing will comply with all laws related to telephone and email marketing, including anti-spam laws such as the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003, which allows for opting out of future communication.

2. Skills Assessments. Information provided to Next Level Purchasing for skills assessments (i.e., the PASS Program) will not be disclosed, distributed, published, disseminated, sold, traded, rented or shared with any third party unless such disclosure is so ordered by any court, administrative body, governmental agency or regulatory agency; or when Next Level Purchasing in good faith determines that it is legally required to make such disclosure; or when such disclosure is requested by law enforcement authorities in connection with their investigations; or in the event of an emergency. Such information will not be added to any list used by Next Level Purchasing to communicate marketing messages. Individuals participating in the PASS Program may also voluntarily sign up for the Next Level Purchasing Association in which case they will receive communications applicable to the Next Level Purchasing Association as a result of such additional registration for the Next Level Purchasing Association and not as a result of their enrollment in the PASS Program.

3. The Next Level Purchasing Association. The information submitted when joining the Next Level Purchasing Association will not be disclosed, distributed, published, disseminated, sold, traded, rented or shared with any third party unless such disclosure is so ordered by any court, administrative body, governmental agency or regulatory agency; or when Next Level Purchasing in good faith determines that it is legally required to make such disclosure; or when such disclosure is requested by law enforcement authorities in connection with their investigations; or in the event of an emergency; or if the Next Level Purchasing Association becomes a part of a legitimate, recognized federation of professional associations and such federation requires the ability to contact members of all associations that are part of the federation.

4. Sponsored Resources. Next Level Purchasing may, from time to time, promote resources, services, or events that are sponsored. In these cases, a separate registration process will be used and a privacy statement disclosing the sponsor's access to those separate registration details will be provided. In no event will such sponsors be provided with the information of Next Level Purchasing Association members who did not register separately for the resources, services, or events. In the event that material made available through the Next Level Purchasing Association links to resources made available by third parties and those parties independently collect information or require registration, such information submission or registration details will be governed by the third party's privacy policy and not that of Next Level Purchasing.

5. Third-Party Privacy Policies. In its sole discretion, Next Level Purchasing will reasonably attempt to advise members where a third party privacy policy applies. Where a Next Level Purchasing resource has been made available through a third-party site, the use of information collected by or provided to that third party will be governed by that third party's privacy party. Information collected on behalf of Next Level Purchasing by third party sites will not be added to any type of Next Level Purchasing-managed broadcast mailing list unless specified. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Next Level Purchasing reserves the right to contact individuals who have obtained a Next Level Purchasing-sponsored resource from a third party site when Next Level Purchasing believes that such individuals would benefit by learning about Next Level Purchasing's services. Next Level Purchasing will promptly remove any individual from its contact list upon request.
